<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology enabling confirmation of reservation to be performed easily by anyone through the use of a communication terminal. SOLUTION: This reservation confirmation device comprises a language selection means for selecting a language used for a subscriber, who has placed a reservation to confirm the reservation, a reserved content input means for inputting the content reserved in the selected language, a reserved content confirmation means for confirming, based on the inputted reserved content, the reservation to a reservation database having reservation data accumulated therein, and a display means for displaying the reservation to the subscriber when the reservation is confirmed.</p> |
