This invention is directed to an impact electronic counter or impact-meter; this device acts when receiving an impact or blow, registering, counting, accumulating and comparing values, emitting sonorous alarms and handing over results via a display. The object of this invention is to provide a useful apparatus for counting impacts or strikes, due to a novel design, whose main characteristics are the following: -performing a count in almost a direct way; -with programmable characteristics; -the results are easily visible via a display; -it is portable; -it can be installed in almost any object. Moreover, the apparatus allows increasing its functions, when its components functions increase.
