PURPOSE: A roof rack of a vehicle is provided to securely couple a base to a cover and to prevent the cover from being damaged when coupling into the base by installing a clip having a sufficient strength. CONSTITUTION: A pair of bases(100) are fixed to both sides of a roof panel(1). A supporting section(110) is installed at an inner portion of a center of the base(100). A latching slot(111) is formed at an outside of the supporting section(110). A side bar is positioned between the bases(100). A cover(300) is coupled to an upper portion of the base(100) so as to improve the external appearance and to prevent the coupling part between the base and the roof panel(1) from exposing to the exterior. A boss(400) having a coupling slot(410) is integrally formed at the center of the cover(300). A clip(500) is coupled to the coupling slot(410) through a tapping screw.
