PURPOSE: A method for synchronizing the operating data of the web-based managed system is provided to reduce the asynchronous time of the operating data and to improve the reliability of the equipment by decreasing the data traffic. CONSTITUTION: A web server organizes the operating data impressed from the MS into the data tree structure(S610,S621) and sets a change flag value as 1(S622). When a client requests the first connection(S630), the operating data except the change flag is transferred to the client(S640). When receiving a request datagram from the client(S651), the web server creates new checksum(S652) and compares the checksum with one of the request datagram. If both checksums are different(S653), the web server writes the relevant operating data and event number to a response datagram and sends those to the client(S654). The web server checks through a timer if it comes to a regular cycle or not(S670). At the regular cycle, the web server writes all the operating data that the value of the change flag is 1 to an event datagram, sends the operating data to the client, and resets the value of the change flag(S680).
