PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability in handling such that a turning radius is prevented from changing when running by operating solely a steering operating tool 19 is prohibited or the speed is changed. SOLUTION: This device comprises a speed change member 25 adapted to transmit drive force of an engine 21 to right and left running crawlers 2 for rotating them to the same direction, a steering member 28 adapted to transmit drive force of the engine 21 to the right and left running crawlers 2 for rotating them to the reverse directions and operating members 80, 81 adapted to connect a transmission lever 68 and the steering operating tool 19 with the speed change member 25 and the steering member 28 to control a turning output of the steering member 28 by operating both the steering operating tool 19 and the transmission lever 68.
