PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce operation angles of an operation lever while maintaining a designated telescopic clamping force. SOLUTION: Since clamping flanges 11d, 11e, 11f, 11g of a holder 11 are bent and formed through press forming, a deflection amount of the holder 11 is relatively small when a telescopic clamping force is applied thereto. Accordingly operation angles of an operation level 16 can be reduced while maintaining a designated telescopic clamping force. Since the clamping flanges 11d, 11e, 11f, 11g extend outward, a bent and formed part of the holder 11 (a bending change part from a, bending part 11a to opposing side plate parts 11b, 11c) instead of edges of the clamping flange 11d, 11e, 11f, 11g abuts on an outer circumference surface of a clamp part 4a of an outer column 4. Consequently there is no local high contact pressure location and telescopic sliding actions can be done smoothly. |
