Hot-melt glues for production of pressure-sensitive adhesives, based on thermoplastic rubber, and comprising (wt.%): (a) thermoplastic rubber (5-40); (b) tacky resin (20-80); (c) aromatic resin (0-30); and (d) plasticizer (0.05-30); includes (e) ethylene-propylene copolymer (EPM) or ethylene-propylene -diene terpolymer (EPDM) (1-15). Independent claims are also included for: (1) use of polymers of type of EPM or EPDM as additives for pressure-sensitive adhesive compositions based on thermoplastic rubber, comprising 5-40 wt.% of thermoplastic rubber, 20-80 wt.% of tacky resin, 0-30 wt.% of aromatic resin and 0.05-30 wt.% of plasticizer, and produced by thermo-melting, to suppress migration of plasticizers; (2) adhesive tape obtained by depositing onto support the adhesive composition as described; and (3) use of EPM or EPDM polymers as additives to pressure-sensitive adhesive compositions based on thermoplastic rubber and made by thermo-melting, especially the compositions as described above, to improve the cut-out properties. |
