PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit board, which is improved in absorption of noise and can be miniaturized, and to provide a capacitor suitable for use for this circuit board. SOLUTION: A capacitor 18 is provided with a thin plate 22, composed of p-type silicon, a metal layer 24, which is composed of platinum, formed on one side of the thin plate 22, a dielectric layer 26 formed on the other side of the thin plate 22, and an electrode film 28 formed on the dielectric layer 26.
