PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clean and simple power generating device to decrease the generation of earth noises and not to use a power generating device which is high in environmental pollution, such as nuclear energy and fossil fuel. SOLUTION: A weight having a wire is attached on a central shaft and by rotating the central shaft, the weight (a generator itself is used by utilizing the weight of a heavy generator) is peripherally rotated around a wire serving as a radius. By utilizing rotation of a current centrifugal force, the gear of a generator is rotated to generate a power. An elevator is mounted on the generator for flying. By mounting the generator on a vehicle, a vehicle weight is decreased.
