PURPOSE: An active contents synchronization system and an Internet contents transmission network service method using the same are provided so that a plurality of cache servers can provide up-to-date contents to Internet users at a high speed by reflecting variations of the contents of a CP(contents provider) web server to the plurality of cache servers in advance. CONSTITUTION: A CP agent of a CP web server automatically periodically examines variations of contents of the CP web server(1). When the contents of the CP web server are changed, the CP agent transmits the variation information to a listener of the active contents synchronization system according to a TCP/IP based self-produced protocol(2). The listener of the system examines protocol fitness of the variation information(3), and transmits the variation information to a master of the system(4). The master of the system examines URL validity of the variation information(5), and transmits the cache server information corresponding to the CP and the web server contents variation information to a cache unit of the system(6). The cache unit of the system converts the variation information into commands(7). The cache server deletes previous contents and demands new contents to the CP web server(9). The CP web server transmits up-to-date contents to the cache server(10).
