<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly mark on a ballot card. SOLUTION: A support plate (8), a bottom wall (3d), sidewalls (3a and 3b) and an upper wall (3c) form a rectangular housing (1). Tabs (4) which protrude toward the housing (1) are formed on the respective sidewalls (3a and 3b), and tabs (7) which protrude toward the housing (1) are formed on the bottom wall (3d). A notch (5) is formed on the upper wall (3c). The ballot card (2) is placed in the housing (1) through a rim of the upper wall (3c) and the tabs (4) formed on the respective sidewalls (3a and 3b). The ballot card (2) placed in the housing (1) locks with the tabs (4 and 7) so that it is prevented from dropping from the housing (1). In addition, the ballot card (2) can be filled out by a writing implement, and the card (2) inside the housing (1) can be taken out with a finger put on the notch (5).</p> |
