PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a shutter device of electronic equipment with an opening/closing door, which prevents a door from being opened and closed against operator's intention caused by external force. SOLUTION: The electronic equipment with the opening/closing door includes the shutter device 2 that can open/close an aperture part 11, and the shutter device 2 includes the door 21 which can reciprocate, an arm part 22 which is supported to freely rock and whose edge 222 is engaged with the door 21, a motor 23 which drives the arm part 22 to open/close the door 21, and a control part which controls operation of the motor 23. The control part can operate the motor 23 by switching a function of the motor 23 to a function of either a motor or a generator. A soft locking mechanism for softly locking the arm part in such a state that the door 21 is installed at an opening position and a closing position is linked to the arm part 22. The control part makes the motor 23 function as the motor in a process in which the door 21 is opened/closed, while the control part makes the motor 23 function as the generator in such a state that the door 21 is softly locked at the opening position or the closing position.
