PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sewing equipment in which the way that the resulting cutting edge extends or pattern may be change regarding the way that the resulting seams extend and their mutual interval. SOLUTION: The sewing equipment comprises a cutting device (28) having the second cross carriage (31) attached to a sewing machine (2). Driving system (6, 11 and 21) and the driving systems (35, 40, 48 and 55) of the cutting device (28) are controlled by a programmable common control device.
