PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CAD-prepared drawing/document change managing device capable of easily confirming the changed part of a CAD prepared drawings and documents. SOLUTION: A change work processing means 5 reads the CAD prepared drawings and documents stored in a drawing/document data storage means and prepares a drawings and documents with change history by changing that CAD prepared drawings and documents according to a command from an input device 2. Then, the change history data of that drawings and documents with change history are preserved in a drawing/document change history data storage means 1. According to a command from the input device 2, a drawing/document changing means 7 preserves the drawings and documents with change history changed by the change work processing means 5 in the drawing/document data storage means 1. Since data pointing the changed part of the CAD prepared drawings and documents are described on the drawings and documents with change history, the changed part can be easily comprehended.
