PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive electrophotographic photoreceptor which does not cause crystallization of a charge transfer material in a resin, which has excellent wear resistance, a low residual potential, and excellent environmental stability and resistance against charge products (ozone, NOx or the like). SOLUTION: In the electrophotographic photoreceptor having a charge generating layer at least containing a phthalocyanine compound and a charge transfer layer on a conductive substrate, the charge transfer material in the charge transfer layer contains a triaryl amine compound expressed by general formula (I) and a triaryl amine compound expressed by general formula (II). The layer contains a mixture of two or more kinds of binder resin and contains polycarbonate resin expressed by general formula (III) by <50 wt.% of the resin. Further, the layer contains a hindered phenol compound or hindered amine compound or both of them as additives.
