PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical compensation film, a polarizing plate and a liquid crystal display device which uses them, in which the durability on the interface of a pressure-sensitive adhesive of the LCD can be improved. SOLUTION: The optical compensation film is obtained, by subjecting the surface of a stretched norbornene resin film to corona discharge treatment and then applying a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer thereon.
