PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oily surface adhesive thermosetting composition having a low curing temperature, sufficient wettability to oiled surface of steel plate (cold rolling steel plate, galvanized steel plate, etc.), before curing, and exerting sufficient adbesiveness after curing. SOLUTION: This oil surface adhesive thermosetting composition is a composition containing an epoxy(meth)acrylate (A) being a solid or a liquid having a viscosity of not lower than 10 Ps.s at 25 deg.C, and, if necessary, a urethane(meth) acrylate (B) being a solid or a liquid having a viscosity of not lower than 10 Ps.s at 25 deg.C, and a thermoplastic polymer (C), and the ratio of (A)+(B) to the total weight of (A)+(B)+(C) is 95 wt.%, and the ratio of (A) is not lower than 20 wt.%.
