PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the engagement strength of a mounting clip engaged with a roof panel. SOLUTION: The mounting clip comprises a main leg 1 extended from a mounting portion of an accessory, an elastic leg 2 elastically branching from the tip of the main leg 1 and having an unrestricted terminal, and a bezel 3 inserted for to-and-fro movement between the main leg 1 and the elastic leg 2. The main leg 1 is shaped into a pyramid with two adjacent vertical surfaces. The main leg 1 has an engaging groove 6 capable of engagement with an opening 5 in a roof panel, around the accessory-side region of 90 deg. or more on the sides of the vertical surfaces.
