PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a truck with a fork lift capable of using it having normal structure without limiting a vehicle whereon it is mounted, keeping it out of the way when it is unused, and easily and smoothly conducting fork lift work containing loading and unloading work for a cargo at worksite by mounting the fork lift at an appropriate place beforehand. SOLUTION: A truck 1 with a fork lift has lift storing space 8 which is provided between a cab 3 provided in the front part of a chassis frame 2 and a cargo storing means 4 provided in the rear part thereof. A fork lift 10 is freely mounted on and off the lift storing space 8.
