SOLUTION: When a lid portion 13 is opened forwardly around a thin hinge 13a as the center of rotation, a lid detector 15 outputs a lid opening signal to a control device 16, and when the opening of the lid continues for more than a prescribed period, from the point of view of fraud prevention, a notification means 16a flashes an abnormality indication lamp of island equipment. When the lid portion 13 is closed, the keyhole 11a of a locking device 11 becomes invisible from the front side, an engagement portion engages with the front decoration 5 around a hole 14, the lid detector 15 outputs a lid portion closing signal to the control device 16, and the notification means 16a turns off the abnormality indication lamp.
