PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information recording medium formed by superposing a light diffraction structure, such as a hologram, and a rewritable layer on a base material and to provide a label which enhances the durability of the hologram, etc., makes the recording of the rewritable layer easily visible and allows the easy formation of such structure on the base material. SOLUTION: This information recording medium is formed by successively laminating an adhesive layer 7, a light reflective layer 2, the light diffraction structure 3, the rewritable layer 6 and a protective layer 7 on the base material 1. The label for forming the information recording medium is obtained by successively forming the rewritable layer 6 and the protective layer 7 the top surface of the transparent base material 5 and the light diffraction structure 3, the light reflective layer 2 and the adhesive layer 8 on the under surface. |
