<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for selling a building such as an apartment house for sale which can increase the occupation area up to allowed area based upon a newly allowed capacity rate if the capacity rate in the area where the building such as an apartment house for sale is built is increased in future and suitably secures a proper living space according to life cycles of the birth of a baby, the growth of children, living with parents, etc. SOLUTION: The method for selling a building with high durability on the basis of capacity in the state of a structure skeleton is characterized by that the structure skeleton of a sold capacity part can be extended in a vertical space part.</p> |
