Burr removal device (8) comprises an inlet station (36) for the cast part with an inlet conveyor (11); an outlet station (39) for the cast part with an outlet conveyor (34); and a deburring station (17) having a clamping device (23) for the cast part, a delivery conveyor (16) for transporting the cast part from the inlet station to a deburring position and from the deburring position to the outlet station, and a deburring device comprising a tool (27), an adjusting unit (28, 29) and a control unit. The adjusting unit adjusts the cast part in its clamped position and the deburring tool relative to each other.
