PURPOSE: A vibration reducer for a shift operator of direct operation type is provided to install a vibration reducing member between a change lever and a bush, and to improve shift operation feeling by preventing vibration. CONSTITUTION: A vibration reducer for a shift operation equipment of direct operation type comprises a shift lever(60) rotating by being supported with a ball joint(61) on an upper portion of a transmission case(50); a change lever(52) rotating or moving by being connected to a lower portion of the shift lever in the transmission case; control shaft and finger(53,54) moving or rotating by being connected to the change lever; plural shift lugs(55) changing speed by rectilinearly moving through the control finger; a shift rail(56); a joint lever(65) transmitting control force to the transmission; and a bush(70) of a cylinder shape on a ball circumference of the joint lever. The vibration reducer for the shift operation equipment improve shift operation feeling by preventing vibration through installing a vibration reducing member between the change lever and the bush.
