<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor switch holding stably a state before which a power source is turned off. SOLUTION: When signals S34, S41 are set respectively to 'L', 'H', VCC/2 is applied to a signal S33, ferroelectric capacitors 35, 36 are connected to control terminals 25, 26, signals S25, S26 are stored as a polarization state of the ferroelectric capacitors 35, 36. After storing, a signal S41 is made 'L' and the ferroelectric capacitors 35, 36 are separated from the control terminals 25, 26, while their ends are short-circuited. Thereby, imprint is suppressed, a polarization state is held stably. Read-out of storage contents is performed by applying VCC/2 to the signal S33 after turning off power sources of inverters 27, 28, and signals S34, S41 are made 'H'. Thereby, potential difference in accordance with a polarization state of the ferroelectric capacitors 35, 36 is outputted to the control terminals 25, 26. After that, an original state is restored by turning on power sources of the inverters 27, 28.</p> |
