PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for house diagnosis which present adequate information regarding the performance and functions of a house to a customer. SOLUTION: This house diagnosis system is equipped with a 1st database stored with individual specifications of positions, members, and materials of buildings by customers, a 2nd database stored with deterioration information representing temporal standard deterioration states by the positions, members, and materials constituting the buildings and diagnostic information for diagnosing the deterioration information, a means which specifies a specific building in the 1st database, a 1st extracting means which extracts the individual specifications of the positions, members, and materials of the specified building from the 1st database, a 2nd extracting means which extracts deterioration information on positions, members, and materials corresponding to the individual specifications of the extracted positions, members, and materials and the diagnostic information from the 2nd database, and a means which outputs the extracted deterioration and diagnostic information. |
