PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the powdery contents of a housing metering chamber from falling from the chamber by gravity in a stationary mode and to secure a good jetting state by sufficiently mixing the contents in the whole metering chamber when changed to a working mode. SOLUTION: An annular valve member 35 having a seal valve 35a is used in the stationary mode (a) to prevent the powdery contents of the metering chamber 12a from falling toward a space 26 through a main line 20. The bypass 19' and hole 13a for introducing the jetting gas directly into a recessed storage 13 are formed separately from the main line 20 at a housing bottom 12d. When a stem 11 is pushed down to open the valve-action part of the jetting hole 11b and stem rubber 28 even slightly, the jetting gas flows also in a route formed by the space 26, bypass 19', hole 13a, recessed storage 13 and jetting hole 11b, and the powdery contents of the storage 13 are sent out into the upper space of the metering chamber 12a. |
