PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical parts attaching device which is more convenient in order to replace optical parts. SOLUTION: For example, an attaching pedestal for the optical parts in a spectral device is provided with a rotatable base plate 10 capable of kinematically positioning plural 1/4 circular attaching plates 12. The optical parts are respectively supported by each of the attaching plates 12, and these optical parts are guided in the inside of an optical path and in the outside of the optical path by the rotation of the base plate 10. A beam steering reflecting mirror 24 of a reflecting mirror bracket 16 is also supported by one or more attaching plates 12 together with a filter housing 14 for the optical parts such as filters 20, 22. A gap is formed between the filter housing 14 and the reflecting mirror 24, and a light beam 30 in the optical path is allowed to pass through the gap without being disturbed when the attaching plate 12 exists in a non-operating position. |
