<p>The present invention relates to a method for obtaining T-lymphocytes specific for known or unknown epitopes, and for further identifying said epitopes if needed. This invention also includes methods of ex vivo or in vitro production of antigen-specific T cells, as well as compositions and methods for regulating an immune response in a subject. Preferred compositions comprise T cells specific for viral or tumor antigens and can be used to regulate an immune response against viral infection or tumor development or progression in a subject.</p> |
