PURPOSE: A rotary device is provided to obtain equal and efficient rotary force by fixed external force and improve the transmission efficiency of rotary force. CONSTITUTION: A rotary device includes a rotary wheel(20) installed at a cylindrical inner peripheral surface(1), a shaft(2) installed at the center of the inner peripheral surface, a first connecting link(4) horizontally installed on one side of the shaft in a bend shape, an extension member(6) horizontally installed opposite to the first connecting link, a support link(5) installed at a right angle to the shaft, a pressing element(40) connected with the end part of the support link and the upper end part of the first connecting link, a connecting member(7) between the upper end of the support link and the opposite side of the shaft, a second connecting link(11) connected with the end part of the extension member, a vertical link(21) installed below the shaft opposite to the support link, a first horizontal member(12) having one end extended being connected with the second connecting link and connected with the end part of the vertical link, a first vertical member(13) connected with the end part of the first horizontal member and having a rotary wheel(17), a second horizontal member(18) having one end connected with a sixth connecting shaft(16) of the rotary shaft and the other end connected with the rotary wheel, and a second vertical member(23) connected between a body of the second horizontal member and the connecting link.
