PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a padded track shoe for a crawler belt which does not require much time to install and remove and which has an engaging structure part prevented from projecting longitudinally outwardly from the end of the track shoe. SOLUTION: The padded track shoe for the crawler belt comprises a rubber pad 20 with a core, and a track shoe 30. The rubber pad 20 has a headed pin 23 and a first thread means 24. The track shoe 30 has a first hole 31 and a second hole 32 therein. After the headed pin 23 is passed through the circular hole 31a of the first hole 31, it is hooked to the groove hole 31b of the first hole 31 and a second thread means 25 is driven into the first thread means 24, whereby the rubber pad 20 and the track shoe 30 are assembled together.
