PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a balcony unit capable of easily assembling a lean-to roof habitable room unit and the balcony unit in a construction site even if an eaves gutter is assembled to a floor frame of the balcony unit. SOLUTION: The mounting structure of the balcony unit is constituted of a floor frame 22, a balcony column 21a and handrail walls 21b and 21c, and in the mounting structure of the balcony unit having the balcony unit mounting the eaves gutter 42 along one side section as a lower course section of a balcony floor section 20 on the steel frame habitable room unit 10 equipped with a ceiling frame 15, it is so constituted that an upstream section of the balcony floor section 20 is mounted to the ceiling frame 15 and beams 17 and 27 of the floor frame 22 by a first fixed device 34 and that the downstream section of the balcony floor section 20 is mounted to a capital 14a of a habitable room unit column 14 and the balcony column 21a by a column capital joint bolt 35 as a second fixed device.
