PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a food, by which a food material having a hard physical property, namely a low flowing property, at a temperature needed for the cooking of the food material, can quickly be transferred from a heating vessel to the other vessel, and can thereby smoothly be processed into the food. SOLUTION: This method for producing the food, comprising cooking in a heating vessel 10 a food material which comprises plural kinds of raw materials and whose flowability is lowered at a temperature needed for the cooking, and then transferring the cooked product to the other vessel, characterized by cooling the thermally cooked food material in the heating container and then transferring the cooled food material to the other vessel. |
