PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic resin-metal laminated body which does not contaminate, working environment and the surroundings of the factory during manufacture and hardly generates interlaminar peeling on the boundary surface. SOLUTION: The synthetic resin-metal laminated body prepared by forming a heat-modified film by coating the surface of a metal raw material with a water-based emulsion and treating it by heating at a temperature of 350 deg.C or higher and laminating a synthetic resin on this heat-modified coating film is provided.
