<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain latest materials by prefectures from a head office via the Internet to predict the demand in a diagnostic area or commercial area, when a clinic is newly opened or renewed or when stores for retail service businesses, etc., are newly opened, moved, increased, or renewed. SOLUTION: With this location diagnostic method using a database, a member downloads data by the prefectures from a head office server via the Internet and incorporates the data in a location diagnostic application for predicting demands and make a management plan. Member's personal computers 1, which can display homepages of the Internet, are connected to the head office server 5 having homepages 2 for members, a diagnostic area database 3, and a commercial area database 4 through telephone lines 6 respectively to structure an Internet system as a whole.</p> |
