PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air bag storage cover having safety reliability, adaptability in a wide temperature range, durability, and desirable touch, and capable of realizing high productivity and low cost without being painted. SOLUTION: This air bag device storage cover is made of an injection molding of a thermoplastic elastomer and has an air bag storage recess on the inside and an expected rupture section of a fragile structure. The thermoplastic elastomer has the Shore D hardness of 20-70 and comprises (A) a polyurethane elastomer of 100 pts.wt. and (B) a specific polypropylene mixture of 5-900 pts.wt. including ethylene-propylene copolymer rubber with the average dispersion grain size of 2 μm or below and having the bending elastic modulus of 20-700 Mpa and the Shore D hardness of 20-60. |
