PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve smooth guide operation without causing wrinkling of a multilayer film due to a guide roller during winding and prevent the poor quality of the film. SOLUTION: The guide roller for guiding the multilayer film F of required thickness consisting of plurality of layered films in the winding process of the film during coating and processing comprises a plurality of protruded bars 11 arranged on the surface of a cored cylindrical roller 10 in the cross direction in spaced relation, as required, in the circumferential direction.
