PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information communication system utilizing a relay server and attain compatibility with subordinate units and other models in the information communication system especially in the case of receiving an electronic mail with an attached file. SOLUTION: The information communication system is configured such that a relay server conducts processing such as unification of electronic mails separately received and transmits a notice mail to which a URL storing an attached file is added so as to conduct compatibility with subordinate units and other models.
