<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To multiplex and transmit plural digital video signals of a word string data including a word synchronous data, through 8 bit/10 bit conversion and P/S(parallel/serial) conversion. SOLUTION: In this method and device for data transmission, plural digital video signals or a combination of the plural video signal and a bit added signal is multiplex processed so as to generate the word string data 10, and the word string data 11 is generated through the inserting of the added word data group constituted of over two times repetition of the part comprising a word synchronous data and an auxiliary word data, and the word string data 11 is processed through the 8 bit/10 bit conversion, and also a complex word string data comprising at least two of word synchronous data which are after 8 bit/10 bit conversion based on the word synchronous data. Then the complex word string data is converted to a serial data and transmitted.</p> |
