PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency device which is capable of reducing an adjustment error of each adjustment element. SOLUTION: This high frequency device, between an input terminal 83 and an output terminal 84, has plural series connection of parallel connections of electronic switches 81-81b and adjustment elements 82-82b placed in the vicinity of the switches 81-81b, and also has control terminals 86-86b to externally control the opening/closing of the switches 81-81b. In the plural switches 81-81b, only one switch of switches 81-81b is opened and other switches of switches 81-81b are closed, a high frequency signal is supplied from the input terminal 83 and an output signal from the output terminal 84 can be observed. Thus, even the high frequency device having plural adjustment elements 82-82b, the adjustment error of each adjustment element can be reduced.
