摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL display device which has a large aperture rate, prevents an image defect from being generated, and can display a large, highly vivid image of high quality. SOLUTION: The organic EL display device is constituted by arraying unit pixels consisting of active matrix driving circuits which include plural TFTs and organic EL elements which are driven by the active matrix driving circuits and arranged corresponding to the TFTs on a substrate in a matrix having rows and columns and guides light transmitted through the substrate. This organic EL display device is characterized by that at least one of the TFTs is a P channel type TFT with carrier mobility of 90 to 225 cm2/V.s or an N channel type TFT with carrier mobility of 180 to 450 cm2/V.s, thereby achieving the purpose.
