Before placing tube its inner and outer surfaces are strengthened by physicochemical process by depth no less than 0.1 mm for achieving hardness no less than 800 HV. Then tube and envelope are mutually joined along contact surfaces due to deforming them by cold or warm radial forging. Blanks have different mechanical properties.
