PURPOSE: A constant impedance line of a high-performance integrated circuit package is to provide a high-performance signal line on the dielectrics substrate of a semiconductor package, etc. CONSTITUTION: An electric connection web which, configured on a dielectrics substrate, operates with high frequency comprises a plurality of, parallel as a whole, signal lines with gradually changing width and a variable interval. The width and interval are so selected that the characteristics impedance of signal line is almost identical to the plurality of lines, being almost constant over the length of signal lines. Thus, the signal integrity to each signal line is raised to reduce the crosstalk between lines. |
