PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture and provide a paper holder for a binder type notebook capable of being held without carelessly falling out a paper piece such as an excursion ticket, a photograph or the like at a low cost by mounting it in a binder fitment and binding it between memo sheets. SOLUTION: A re-releasable pressure sensitive adhesive 3 capable of repeatedly adhering the paper piece C such as the excursion ticket, the photograph or the like and being released is provided on the surface of a holding sheet 1 formed of a film-like synthetic resin material and having a mounting part 2 for mounting at the binder fitment 4 at one side edge side. Further, the adhesive 3 is arranged in a recessed state in a state in which the adhesive 3 is partitioned and separated to the sheet surface.
