PURPOSE: A device and method for boiling noodles are provided to easily boil a plurality of kinds of noodles each having different boiling time. CONSTITUTION: In a noodle boiling device provided with a plurality of boiling buckets(2) storing noodles held on an endless conveyor chain(3) at a prescribed interval so as to boil noodles by transporting the boiling buckets(2) storing noodles by the conveyor chain(3) and passing through a boiling tub, noodle storing points where noodles are stored in the boiling buckets(2) are provided in at least three positions along the direction of transport of the boiling buckets(2) so that boiling time becomes different for each kind of noodle. |
