PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform efficient reception by telephone by previously suspecting a sales call or a customer's call. SOLUTION: A personal computer performs decision concerning the sales call or an inconvenient call, voice is issued through a voice output line 12 and, then, a telephone line breaker 6 is controlled by a control line 13 to cut off a telephone line 9. Then the outer line of a telephone line 8 is also cut off so that a telephone is ended. When the telephone is judged to be the necessary one, it is urged that an opposite name or an opposite attribute is announced by a loud speaker 4 to receive a telephone call.
