PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform execution work in a state of contacting the tips of tongue piece-like seal materials with a skeleton opening depth surface even when there is a slight dimensional error in a skeleton opening part shape in a remodeling window unit being newly arranged instead of this after removing an existing window unit and having the tongue piece-like seal members respectively contacting with the skeleton opening depth surface in a remodeled state on the upper frame outside surface side and the vertical frame outside surface side of at least a window frame. SOLUTION: Fitting parts 16a, 16b/17a, 17b/19a, 19b for installing tongue piece-like seal members formed in the member lengthwise direction are arranged at intervals in plural rows in the depth direction on the outside surface side of an upper frame 10A of a remodeling window unit 1 and the outside surface side of vertical frames 10C, 10D so that installing positions of the tongue piece- like seal members 12, 12 can be optionally selected.
