PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cage rotor using high polymer resin containing high permeability powder, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: A cage rotor 130 includes a cage conductor which is composed of a conductor rod of highly electric-conductive material such as copper, aluminum, or the like, and a short-circuit ring, and high polymer resin containing high permeability powder filled between the cage conductor and the rotary shaft positioned at its center and in slots 134, and powder which is well sticking to a magnet such as fine iron powder or the like is used as the high permeability powder, and such powder is distributed equally in high polymer resin. Then, a heat pipe 135 to cool heat is further coupled in the slot of the cage conductor 133, and a core having high magnetic permeability is inserted into the high polymer resin containing high permeability powder, so that it can enhance the performance of a motor, by increasing the magnetic flux density.
