Vegetative propagation of lemon trees with multiple genetically identical descendants, comprises immersing cuttings in potassium permanganate solution and growing in sand wetted with potassium permanganate solution Vegetative propagation of lemon trees comprises: (i) taking mature cuttings with 2-4 leaves; (ii) taking mature cuttings with 2-4 leaves; (iii) immersing the cuttings in 0.2% potassium permanganate (I) solution for 1 hour; (iv) wetting coarse-grained sand with 0.2% (I) solution, placing the sand in transparent containers with diameter 10 cm and height 12 cm and planting a single cutting in each container 2 cm from the bottom; (v) covering each container with a transparent cap; (vi) placing the containers in a warm room; (vii) adjusting the temperature to 25-35 deg C; and (viii) exposing the young plants to artificial light (preferably blue light) from a neon tube for 14 hours per day.
