PURPOSE: Provided is a resin composition having excellent tensile strength, which can be used as a raw material for a tire of a car, a buffer material, a belt, a hose, a foam, a film, a backsheet material of a carpet, an electric wire coating material, and etc. CONSTITUTION: The resin composition comprises a resin such as vinyl acetate resin, acryl resin, silicon resin, polybutene resin, and etc. and aluminum hydroxide having an average primary-particle diameter of about 100nm or less and has the ratio of Y/X being 0.1 or less, wherein the value X is an average intensity of the characteristic X-ray intensities of aluminum measured by scanning a beam on a straight line on the composition with an electron-probe X-ray microanalyzer and the value Y is a standard deviation of the intensities.
